The public site works without advertising trackers. Member accounts use only the identity, profile and operational data needed to provide their approved access.
Website access
The hosting platform may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. AIspanda will document analytics separately before enabling them.
Sign-in and member profile
AIspanda uses Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. AIspanda receives the account identifier, verified email address, display name, sign-in provider and sign-in timestamps supplied for authentication; it does not store the Google profile photo. A member may optionally choose a professional role, primary interest and country or area, including “Prefer not to say.” AIspanda also records the assigned access role, draft authorship, privacy-notice version and necessary security and audit events. AIspanda does not request access to Gmail, contacts or other Google account content.
Article comments
Comments and replies are public beneath the article. They display the member's Google display name, comment text, date, edit or deletion state, like count and any Publisher or Administrator pin. Email addresses, Google profile photos, stable account identifiers and individual like records are not published with comment content. Members may edit or delete only their own comments and remove their own likes; a deletion notice may remain so replies keep their context. Administrators may delete any comment for moderation but cannot rewrite another person's comment.
Analysis and outreach
Operational activity may be used to run, secure and improve the service and to produce aggregated analysis. Signing in does not subscribe a person to promotional outreach. Any future outreach subscription will be a separate optional choice with clear preferences and an unsubscribe route. AIspanda will not infer or target religious, philosophical, political, health or other sensitive traits from reading, group or comment activity without a separately documented lawful basis and safeguards.
If you email AIspanda, your email provider and the receiving provider process the message. Do not send sensitive, confidential, financial, health or credential information through ordinary email.
Support form demo
The support form demo sends the name, email address, optional organisation, subject and message you provide to a private operational database. The public Case queue combines three curated fictional Cases with safe metadata—Case number, channel, status and received time—for the three most recent live submissions. A fourth live submission replaces the oldest live Case and its unreferenced demo-created contact or organisation. Submitted names, addresses, subjects, messages and provider identifiers remain private. An email acknowledgement is sent through the dedicated demo mailbox. Use fictional, non-confidential information only.
Future capabilities
Community groups and chat, newsletters and application AI interactions are not active in this release. Their data, consent, moderation and retention rules will be published before activation.
